Exchange and Return Policy

Items such as underwear are not subject to article 3 bis of SERNAC law 19,496, so returns or exchanges will not be generated for said items, except when manufacturing defects have been identified.


  • You can exchange unused products up to 6 calendar months after purchase, or you can return products up to 10 calendar days to request a refund.
  • These items must be in perfect condition, with tags still on and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons we do not accept exchanges or returns of intimate garments, except when factory defects have been identified.
  • For exchanges and returns, the shipping cost of the original order is non-refundable. The cost of the return is assumed by Alfa Male.
  • In the case of a factory defect, we will refund the money for the original shipment. To send the package for quality, you can go to any Chilean Post Office or Chilexpress, and make the shipment payable to the Providencia Branch.


To retract your purchase and request a partial or total refund of the money, you have 10 calendar days from receipt of the product to send it to Alfa Male. You must send an email to, indicating in the subject RETURN SKU (indicate code), detailing in the body a brief description of the problem, and attach an image of the product where the failure can be seen. Also, you must indicate the account number where you want to receive the deposit of your money.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 10 business days, counted from the receipt of your account and product information.


For exchanges, you have up to 6 calendar months from receipt of the product to send it to Alfa Male, address República de Cuba 1489, Providencia.

To do so, you must send an email to, indicating in the subject CHANGE SKU (indicate product code purchased), and in the body of the email, detail the product you wish to purchase. Remember that for exchanges and returns, the cost of shipping the original order is not refundable and the cost of shipping to Alfa Male is assumed by the consumer.

Take into account the exchange modalities described below:

1. Exchanges for products of the same value: the exchange is made and no additional charge or refund is generated.

2. Exchanges for products of lower value: a refund of money will be made in your favor for the difference between the new product (of lower value) and the product initially purchased (of higher value). For the refund of excess money, the returns procedure applies.

3. Exchanges for higher value products: a money charge will be made for the difference between the new product (higher value) and the product initially purchased (lower value). We will inform you by responding to the email sent, our information to make the transfer for the difference.
